It was good! (May 7-8 ) Sat night I did my concert. We started with the contemporary Canadian repertoire. If I haven't already said this, for the first piece, we surrounded the audience. Then, we went onto the stage, which had no chairs. But the first part wasn't long at all, so we didn't stand that long. The second half, with Rossini, it seemed we stood longer. And it was hot on that stage! After the first movement (Kyrie), somebody started clapping, but the director simply put up his left hand towards the place it was coming from and quickly continued on. A much better turn out than the Messiah at Welland. (He actually turned around and asked them not to applaud until it was appropriate, which is quite rare.)
Sunday, mom, dad, & I visited my bro in TO, went to a market, and then ate at Swiss Chalet for Mother's Day. I had chicken, shrimp, and rice! Excellent dish!!
Also, today, I found out my (unofficial) marks, and my average is 84%!!!! Woohoo!!!!! biggrin biggrin biggrin cool heart
