Have U heard of Live Earth ???
kaay this is a band's journal and an event like this shouldn't pass like nothing!
Live Earth Is an enormous concert! I think the most big ever. this is the second time that a concert like this happens.
The fisrt time was in Live 8 wich was a really big succes arround the globe.
This time the concerts are going to be in :
New York
London
Joannesburg
Rio De Janeiro
Shangai
Tokio
Sydney
Hamburg
Anyone knows the why of this Huge concert ??
Well Fisrt of all Live Earth is a 24-hour-7 continent Concert series. This will bing together more than 100 music artist. Of course all the media will be in the cover of the "magnum" concert.
This concert is supossed to try to trigger a global movement to solve climate crisis.
What the want to do is to make concience on people, corporations and governments. And in the las two to solve global warming.
This event was made by Kevin Wall who was a producer of Live 8 and Al Gore the former U.S. Vice PResident and also The Aliance for Climate Protection.
The concerts will be in the Giants Stadium of New York Wembley Stadium in London; Aussie Stadium in Sydney; Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro; the Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg; Makuhari Messe in Tokyo; the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai; and HSH Nordbank Arena in Hamburg.
This event Is a project of the SOS campaign.
