So I rode the bus into school, then we hung around homeroom for a while before going to the gym.
We normally would go to Opebn Space, but the school's under construction, and one whole hall is being worked, so some of the teachers had to go in Open Space since there weren't enough trailers or something.
Okay.
It was boring.
I was dressed in a white, long skirt, with flowers of blue, yellow and some other color sprinkled everwhere. Doesn't suit my charecter at all, but my [parents said I looked beautiful, so I was all gruff and said 'whatever'. I was also wearing (O.o I wasn't just wearing a skirt o.O) a yellow ruffled t-shirt with VERY short sleeves. Those kind of annoyed me. My shoes were the flat dancing shoes I got for a class called ballroom dancing, a long time ago. They wer black, and had probably about a centimeter or two of sole between my foot and the ground. I like them though. I was also wearing a necklace; a black circle on the end of a fine chain. On my right wrist I had a bracelet made of small aqua stones, none the same size or shape. I love that bracelet. I took my watch off (left wrist) cause it would have looked gay with all the other fine clothing.
Anyway, I got my certificate of Cougar Pride or some s**t like that, (XD not really), and I got a music award, ((a sticker on the paper(for WOC))), and an Art award, for being a member of NJAHS (National Junior Art Honour Society).
Then when everything was done, I found my parents and gave Tyler his Animal Crossing game that I had to keep for him for a while. He gave me his Naruto Ninja Council 3 game.
I got my presentation materials from dad (two pieces of work from sixth grade, and a dragon drawing from a half a year ago in eighth grade, plus a script in Spanish talking about them and stuff)
I presented it.
You see, I hadn't just forgotten it, but when I was told about it, that I could present after the graduation, I shrank away. I said we were going somewhere right afterwards anyway ((and we were...that wasn't a lie: iHop(or however you spell the damn thing))).
She was like 'whatever dude okay but you get a zero for it'.
Of course, she e-mailed my parents, they foud out, and I had to stay up late working on it that night.
I have big stage fright, but in a weird way, cause I'm really good when I actually get up there and do my stuff. Or so Mrs. Senior said.
Then, on the way to the front doors, (we left early, as did most other eighth graders), I simply had to stop by Mr. Sindler's.
It was kind of sad, knowing that I wouldn't even be in band anymore (art's just more a part of my life than band), and I had to go.
He ordered that I visit sometime, or else.
Earlier, for a last assignement in English, we wrote thank-you letters to teachers, staff, councelors or substitutes that had affected our lives somehow. Of course I wrote to Mr. Sindler.
I bet he cried, the poor thing.... <<<(
I feel so sad for him. He mentioned that he had grown more attached to our band than anyone else's, so it was harder to part.
Wow. That turned out a LOT longer than I thought it was going to.
Notice how I mentioned a 'short entry' in my Cascade Lake entry?
Pssh.
