I 'm so proud of myself because i went to the concert and sightreading contest today and On the stage John Jay non-varsity band got a 1st division on our concert music and our 1st chair Alto Sax PLayer's Cell phone rang as soon as we finished our 3rd pieice of music on hte stage . We all heard it as well as our Band director, but the good thing was that the 3 judges that were jugding us didn't hear it so we were safe. the sightreading room we got a vary high 2nd division, it was almost a 1st division rating but at one part of sightreading music all of the Clarinets and Tener saxes completely stop playing when the Woodwind solo came in.
