The system of the village was smiple. Once a person reached the age of 65 they were an elder. If you were still strong by then you were named Cheif Elder. But only if you were male. For the females they were named Holy Mother. Uselly, the Cheif Elder and Holy MOther were married, kepting the title withen the family. As for everyone else they had titles for the trade. Childern were treated with respect and horned when they did something that was hard right. Sometimes, if the child did something that not even the Cheif Elder nor the Holy Mother could do then for that day they were treted as if they were already and elder. See simple.

Sadly, this simple system was hard to understand by the travelers that came down the river one day. They could not grasp why the people of Liru did not have a "soild" goverment, nor could they understand the way they lived. These people where named "Jonn" by Liru, meaning "He who knows nothing."

More and more Jonns came to this small village. The leader of them was named Kin Jackson. Kin would talk to the Cheif Elder everyday, trying to understand what it was that made the people live a so peaceful life. But he's cold heart cold not gasp it at all. Soon the Jonns left, only Kin and a few of he's men stayed behind.

The Chief Elder's name was GoNin. He was strong and very good at leading he's people. He's wife, the Holy Mother GoChi, was pure and the healer of the village.
GoChi would take Kin for a walk along the river side every evening after super to teach him the ways of her people. GoNin talked to him dureing the day when he wasn't busy. They both wanted Kin to understand why they did not need what the Jonns had. They tried to teach him that their way was what worked for them best.
But Kin still could not understand.

GoNin and GoChi had a daughter by the name of GoPi. She was smart, beautiful and graceful. She loved to play with the village chirlden and took on the more harder task the women had to do.
She liked Kin and aslo tried to teach him but not as much as he thought her. She would listen to he's stories of war and danger. The more she heard the more GoPi wanted to go with him when it was time for him to leave. She did not know that Kin had other plans for her people when she began to tell the deepest scerts to him....

Kin called the head Jonn of he's land and soon war broke out. THe people of Liru were easly out numbered and soon all was lost. GoNin and GoChi hid GoPi inside a cave to protect here and the other childern.
Confused as to why Kin would betray her she shought him out after things died down. She found him standing over her preants dead bodies, smileing to himself. Enraged the young girl attacked him but he was quick and pushed her to a tree. He whispered in her ear that even though he tried to understand, the land they lived on was too rich to pass up. He whould've killed her but he felt sorry for here and let her free.
GoPi returned to the cave to see that the chirled where gone. kiddnaped by the Jonns.

Sadden, GoPi called apon the spirits to held her defeat the Jonns. But the siripts could only do so much. They took her body and soul, and incarved it to a tree. The person that was to revive her power would be the one to destroy the Jonns.
