During two years skip:
Hina felt she was the weakest of her two partners, and was only a liability to both Valon and Ryu. She stayed in Konoha to seek training from the powerful ninja she heard of. She met Sakura Haruno, who agreed to help her. She taught her how to control her chakra at practically inhuman levels, and taught her various powerful healing methods. Sakura's sensei, Kakashi Hatake, was interested in her lightning abilities, and gave her his old sword from when he was young: the White Light Chakra Sabre, which Hina called the Hibana Light Sabre. She became a very powerful ninja and beautiful young woman during the 2 years she was training.

The blade is a light red colore when extended. It can block other lightning jutsu and can be reformed when broken and slice throguh tough materials.

Hibana Kekkei Genkai: Kurenai Nagashi "Crimson Current"

The chakra lines in Hina's body are very similar to electrical wires. Lightning chakra is always the nature for a Hibana. The chakra is also special because it is a red color instead of the usual blue and white, and the flashes are pink in color. The electricty is also more powerful. It requires excellent chakra control at first, which is why Hina has above human standard chaka control. The current could also override powerful genjutsu and blind people with flashes of light. She could also charge items and objects with lightning, such as her special tags. Finally, the lgihtning chakra could paralyze and add more power to the Hibana Light Sabre, and could be projected around her body for a natural defense. She also cannot die from electrocution.
