i've been relaxed lately..i've been doing my "breathing exercises"..i knw it sounds crappy but it works..haha..i really have to watch my temper...i get pissed easily...i jst dnt show it..well, 2 my friends and stuff,except this one time when i screamed at my friend...then hit her...i feel really bad 4 doing that...so i apologized...sometimes my temper can really take control of me...and i dnt think that's a good thing...lol
