If you've read the book Eragon you'll know that the movie is complete crap.
I just watched it today because it came out on DVD.
I have to tell you, I was absolutely disgusted.
When did Arya get red hair? Besides, what was with that armour? Is she supposed to look like a skank? Also, she didn't seem so 'FALALALA I'M AN ELFIN PRINCESS' in the book. She was more mysterious. /She also didn't reveal she was a princess till the sequel/.
What was with Brom revealing that he was a dragon rider early? It was more dramatic in the book, also, what was with his death? The ra'zac were complete and total failures. Are they supposed to look like ninja-something-or-other? And Garrow's death was pathetic...
They skipped too much, and put too much crap in.
The last war scene would have been cool if it wasn't so totally off. I liked it better in the book.
Also, what was with Arya's hair in the end? Indian feather? Pchah!
Let's just say I was EXTREMELY disappointed.
