This song is from Midori no Hibi [Midori Days] [美鳥の日々]. It's a really weird anime, but it's really cute and has a happy ending and I couldn't help but laugh throughout the entire thing. I'd recommend it to anyone who's interested in something really out there.
Anywho, this song is really cute and happy, which is how Midori no Hibi makes me feel. It really suits it.
