Friends
friends are past, present, and future
friends are lanterns in the darkest of nights
friends are the anchor in the storm
the shelter from the winds
friends can also be nightmares
that haunt you for life
why need friends when those friends turn you wrong?
friends who don't remember are friends who never cared
friends who say they'll be there but never show
are friends that I wish I didn't know
friends are life but also death
be careful who you chose as a friend
for they could be the death of you
