FIGHT!
Woo yeah. Flogging Molly goodness.
So Aeshira and I are thinking we need to write some kind of TV series about computer crime. I only have one problem - how do I idiot it down enough so regular non-computer users can understand it while still keeping it accurate enough to keep people who understand the actual technology from laughing at our idiocy.
This idea stems from an email conversation we're having now, about future jobs - he's thinking about going back to school for law, my husband's going in for a masters in forensic sciences...I figured that if I get a degree in criminal justice or something like it, I could be a cop, and we could do a crossover of tv mayhem.
Here's how it works:
Aeshira, being a lawyer, is Law and Order.
Paul, being in forensics, is CSI.
Me, being a cop, I'm Homicide: Life on the Street.
Aeshira's wife sometimes does work for the government relating to cyber-crime, so we figure that if we can write that series, we can do some kind of mega-crossover week between the three shows. Nevermind that Homicide isn't actually being produced anymore and CSI and Law and Order have 6000 spinoffs each, it'll work dammit!
