Drowning
The water pushes me down
I am starting to drown
my life passes before my eyes
showing all the tears I've cried
there's no use going up for a last breath
cause soon my body will be put to rest
to the water I am bound
and I continue to drown
the water blurs my eyesight
as I no longer fight
I remember my time with you
and all that we went through
drowning decreases lifes pain
and I no longer feel vain
the water fills my lungs
and into the water you lunge
but you can no longer save me
the darkness is all I see
though my lungs still bleed
my drowning has set me free
