Demyx had died a long time before Axel had died. Unfortunately, Demyx spent all his time in suffocating darkness. The darkness felt just like he had in the Organization. All alone in the darkness… Now he was really alone, no light… he was unable to see at all. Not even his light skin colored hand in front of his face. He hated the darkness, he sometimes felt as if he was suffocating and couldn't breathe. He was panicking.
Was this how he would live his death? All in darkness with no one to accompany him at all? Even though he was mostly alone in his times at Organization XIII, his closest friend, Axel and Roxas, had left one after the other. Demyx spent his time in his room playing his sitar. Then the day had come when Roxas, otherwise known as Sora, had killed him. He had died, and he did not even want to fight that spiky brown haired kid. After a while the panicing died down, and Demyx began getting used to this darkness he was floating in. At least he had his beloved sitar. Even though Demyx could not see his sitar, he could still play it. He memorized exactly where to place his hands on the strings, and what note a string made when it was plucked. He played a note; the note seemed to be swallowed up by his ebony colored surrondings. Even though the note was quickly devoured, it still rang with a pureness that Demyx sighed when he heard it. He could still hear the notes...he expected them to echo in this dark hell, but instead after a short time they were swallowed. Ah well, at least he could play a song and hear what he could play. To keep his hopes up, he played a rather fast song. Demyx danced around in the darkness with his sitar. It would be a pity to sulk around in this darkness and not make anything out of it.
Demyx began to sing. He was dead. He could do anything he wanted now. He couldn't believe that his life had ended so abruptly, but he sang anyways. He had stopped singing when a horrible experince had ripped him apart in the Organization XIII. This was the time where he would begin singing again, and he wouldn't stop. He'd sing to his hearts content. His elegant fingers gliding over the strings of his sitar, he opened his mouth and sang out a note. The note seemed to come out of his mouth and glow. Demyx laughed, when he sang, he felt pure. How weird was that?
So he began to sing....

A this point Demyx started twirling a little in the air. It was as if he levitated, so he could walk around in the darkness.
"I wanted freedom

how did it come to this?
Demyx had his dark ocean blue eyes closed. He never noticed the small sliver of light that had begun forming in the darkness. Instead he continued to sing. The light became bigger and larger it formed, as if it was sucking all the darkness into itself.
"And you will suck the life out of me

At this point, the light had totally enveloped the darkness, warming Demyx in a soft light. Demyx smiled weakly, keeping his eyes closed as he continued to sing. The light faded, and he opened his eyes. He saw grass undearneath his black booted feet. He raised his head and glanced at a tall oak tree, shading him from the sun. He glanced ahead, and saw a cobblestone path. The place seemed empty, no one was there. At least it is better than the darkness...Demyx thought in his head. What Demyx did not notice was the other person on the cobblestone path, but he could not see the other person because his view of him was covered by the big tree. Instead, he continued to sing. He drew in a deep breath and let out his voice. His singing voice was amazing, and was the best out of all the Organization XIII's. It was pure and angelic like and angels, the voice could sing in high and low tones. And so Demyx started to sing again, playing his sitar as he was putting all his heart into this one song.
"And our time is running out
