shcool is no fun but if there is a food fight of any fighting i will be thier for fun.

    Alright.

    First of all you got www.youtube.com to get a video.
    Go to and search for your video.
    On the right side of the video you want, there should be two links, the top one says URL and the bottom says Embeded,
    Copy the link that the URL.

    Second go http://www.tektek.org/themes/video.php .
    Paste the link there and click on GET VIDEO CODE.
    Copy the new link it gives you.

    Go to your Profile.
    Click on Edit My Profile.
    To get a Media box, just click on Content, and look for Media and click on Add.
    If you have a Media box, then just click on Edit.
    Paste your link where it says Media:
    Click on Update.

    Oh I forgot.

    If you want to make your video bigger, just copy the folling CSS code:

    .media_panel embed{width:480px; height:360px;}

    then go to your PROFILE, click on EDIT MY PROFILE, click on THEME, click on the tab CSS and paste it there and click UPDATE.

    It will be about the size of the video I have, and make sure to move the Media box in the center where its bigger. ^^
