Okay.. I promise this won't be full of cliche angst or like that one song... *shudders*

I have had a bad day.

Why?

I found out I only have two days worth of meds and I need them for a minimum of three days or else I am screwed.

I think my iPOD shuffle is now on the ground of one of the streets in my city, as I made a mad scamble to get in my friend's car. Her car btw was the third car in the turning lane. I was in the cross walk. I feared for my life and my traffic record.

So I had a bad day. And I have no music. *Takes a yoga breath, trying to calm down* I've all ready kicked a few things but so far that has not helped.

I really need to calm down.

Later that day:

omg. I found it. In my backpack. I'm so stupid!
