Today I went to the fitness for the first time 3nodding My sister and I are doing a 'test week'. So we're trying everything out: spinning, fitness, a group activity, bodycoach...
Yesterday we did the bodycoach. You stand on a vibrating plate in a certain pose and your muscles will become tighter. It was kind of passive and it gave me a weird feeling in the head, so I don't think I will continue that...
But the fitness today was fun, I do think my muscles will hurt tomorrow xp
