life... or so it seems.... has handed my full share of pain for the year..... but I can guarentee that its not over.... the chemicals in my brain are all messed up... and until I can get those in control, I slip into severe depressions and not so severe manic episodes.... sometimes there's a trigger... sometimes there's not.... and sometimes... when i am sinking without a trigger....something happens that makes it worse... a lot worse....
.... and so.....
... i blame myself for alot of things... say things i dont mean.... but....-sighs- ... i dont know..... it doesnt matter...
.... sorry if i say or do things that offend....
