Mays Christmas was great! though... she's not really feeling it right now.... why?... nerves... maybe anger... and hints at depression.... *Shrugs* no idea. ANyways...
Christmas Eve
Okay... get this... went in to go get my final check from work... expectin Mary to tell me I have to cash it and pay her. Well. She didnt. She took me aside and told me that they might press charges against me, as I did sign that paper. Heres the thing though. That check is currently not at the store. 5 days over the time that it was supposed to be. Meaning that I should get every single penny back. Also. Why would they press charges for 100$ when its going to cost them more than that to get me down here and for the court, etc. rolleyes
Greatest thing in the whole wide world..... at first... it was just little pieces of ice falling from the sky, melting instantly as it hit the South Texas lands.... but by 7 last night... real snowflakes were falling.... but they still werent sticking til later that night... round 10:00 I look out the window and what do I see?.... Our deck covered in snow... oo!!..... course.... pulled on my coat and dashed outside, but I wasnt dreaming... roofs... everything... covered....
There were reports today that Corpus Christi got like 14 inches of snow last night. I'm farther north... we got about 2-2 1/2 ..... it was sweet!!
Christmas Morning
After opening gifts at 8 in the morning... outside I went!! started a snowball fight with the neighbors and ended up building a small snowman that is now mounted on top of our mailbox (provided that it is still there... XP might have melted by now) played out there til I literally was soaking wet (bah to coats), frozen to the bone, and shivering and shaking cause I was freezing from the snow and cold..... that was round noon.... lol
My afternoon was relaxing really... while my parents cooked, I ended up falling asleep in a chair watching Harry Potter ..... which is what surprised me.... I love HArry! *is already counting down til book 6*
Uhm... Christmas Dinner was like Thanksgiving actually... lol ^^ since I really didnt have a real turkey day dinner cause of the move.... lol ^^ twas good! May liked the turkey cause it was nummi! lol
*sighs* After Christmas Dinner, we curled up and watched Finding Nemo ^^ and then I came out here to start packing... and well..... got distracted... lol ^^ heart heart heart
YEah.... I'm probably gonna get horribly sick later... but it was well worth it... *Shivers from the cold*
I seem to have made a friend angry ..... but yeah.... sad *Shakes her heaD* that's why Im upset.....
