Very much hate USA insurance right now
ah well, that insurance company is getting a super negative review anyways because communication is worse than any hospital I have worked at.
Even aside from being frustrated at their responses to my claims, the amount of work I've had to do to get a scrap of info is insane.
doubt my review will have any impact but it felt nice to list out how shitty their communication was overall with their satisfaction scores survey
