basically she's stuck in that one world b/c she tied shishou's soul to a cat there and uh;;
altho maybe his curse also transferred to her??
i didn't think about the why's, but she's as stuck there as reg amns!ren so uh

she still has an aversion to the name ren b/c ,, the whole issue with shishou being fixated on bring his sister back to life & the "you're enough" situation

instead of taking the place of someone else's (dead) daughter & living that life, this alice lives with hunny & cat!shishou (i want to draw that sometime lol)

except i guess alice has a lot of guilt,, like in the worlds where she stays lady sia's assistant (not the way oreo is, just... travelling to other worlds for medic-y stuff) her goal is to help as many people as shishou killed
but like here, she just wants to try to live a 'normal' life?? like not a master swordsman, just a girl
she probably has an aversion to swords to b/c that whole 'fight for her right to die' situation & the result
but mostly just at first?? i'd like to think she figures out a way to deal with it or just want to branch out? altho bnha japan doesn't allow for casual nodachi carrying so meisei's just for emergencies anyways

biggest difference is i guess aside from the obvious (has memory), it's who she has access to? tbf w/o the holes in her memory her issue with unreality/existence isn't really as much a thing altho she knows for sure she doesn't belong to the world she currently belongs to so there's that (maybe new issue with 'what is home?' 'is it betrayal to forget the island's culture?')
but she lives with hunny who knows to give her space; also i think b/c they can sleep in shifts, ren doesn't have as much sleep issues?? instead of being unable to sleep most nights, it's a 4am bedtime & wake up exactly at 8am - there's a different issue there tho haha....
