Gah! I have been sleeping terribly lately. It seems to take me forever to get to sleep and then I wake up at the littlest things and sometimes for no reason whatsoever. Im begining to feel quite a bit worn and frayed around the edges which deffinatly isnt at all helpful going along with my fibormyalgia, orthostsis, and chronic migranes.
