I'm judging these on costume quality, picture quality, and how they capture their character's personality, and, of course, they have to look like them. And I will search them in order of remembrance.

Sealand (I love Sealand! x3 He's so adorable! I always like little kid characters.)

Prussia (for the sake of me, I can't figure out who the other person is playing. >.> But I loooooove this one. ^^)
