1) why did i pick this article? well the reason is the same as the others "its the first thing i saw" and that pretty much it.
2) SUMMARY well the article is pretty much talks about how managers are thinking of hiring less for this holiday season and other's are thinking of keeping it the same. also that the average american will spend less this year than the last one (not for me thou i already spent 150$ on xmas)
3) opinion well i don't have an opinion on this really
