There is chaos,
darkness
and pain all around me
but surrounded by the small lights that are my friends,
my Star burns at the darkest shadow
as if banishing all things unhappy from my mind.
You've given me hope for a future
and I can't wait for the day I trade one set of chains;
chains that break me slowly
for the chains of my love for you.
They will bring me with you anywhere.

but most of all,

All that holds me back are two things.
These two things are so important to me though
that they hold me back for a time.
My friends that i would be leaving here
when I go with you

These friends have sustained my life till now

that doesn't solely rely on them.

It is vital for this promise of new life and happiness.

I don't care about my family and my friends only want my happiness
but there is one man's blessing that I need.
He knows who he is.

I can hold him as a friend at last
but I need his blessings.
