"Go to Hell." I spat.
The demon sighed and shifted her weight to one leg, "Been there done that. I find it quite lovely, actually." She smiled.
She took a step forward and I took a step back. My clumsiness getting the better of me I tripped on a stalagmite and fell backwards onto my butt.
The demon woman snickered, "You are clumsy, arent you?" She laughed once before taking a long stride forward and crouching in front of me, her face only inches away. "I'm going to kill you now. And after I'm done with that, I'll go and find Chrystian and we'll live the life you two never could."
"You're a monster." I said through clenched teeth. Angry tears spilling over my bottom lashes and onto my cheeks.
"OH THANK YOU!" She clapped her hands together and stood up to her full height and sneered, "Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to begin my dinner."
Her eyes glowed silver in the low light of the cave and she bared her teeth, 'Its over. This is it.' I thought to myself and closed my eyes. 'Goodbye Chrystian.' I thought one last time.
