Meowe encountered this pokemon near Hazakura Temple, he has not caught it, however it appears during emergencies or when it is needed.

During the time Blissey disappeared Meowe befriended three Combee. They stayed with him in the hospital when he had a horrible case of food poisoning. Later on they stayed with him in the hospital after the DM shot him. The female Combee evolved and stopped listening to Meowe. He let them go back to Sinnoh to make a hive of their own,
Misc Facts:
Four of Meowe's Pokemon belong to a female character in the anime, two of which are also coordinators. Blissey belonged to a nurse, mirroring Meowe's father, who was a surgeon.
