As i sank down to the pavement I heard to words, the sounds.
Get her...
Get me...
And then everything went black.
I woke to the sound of my friend, Nic crying at my side. What was going on? Did I die? Where was my mom at the moment? Maybe I was a ghost and my mom was at my funeral. I lifted my head a few inches to look around the room and saw my friends. How sad they looked... My cancer had quickened i guess. i thought I would have a little longer to avoid it. and now i was going to pay the price.
