yeaterday was fourth of july. yesseriebob. it was good.
we spent the morning decorating the dock for the constest... and we wont first place!!! 4laugh
then after we ate lunch we went to the dollar tree and got flotie toys to go swimming in the lake with.
we swam for hours. XD
and the kids got to decorate the boat for the parade this year!
we diecided to change it form the red, white and blue ribbon theme to a beach theme at the last mintue. so thus a mad search through the house for beach-y items was induced. XD
but we got plenty of things like beach towels, a blow-up kiddie pool with palm trees above it, and a beach umbrella which we fasened to the boat.
while we were in the parade i sat in the kiddie pool in my bathing suit... and a long blonde wig rofl pirate
people called me a mermaid
people called me an island prinsesss (wtf XD )
people called all of us weird
but heres the annoying bit:
when we went past the judging panel guess who i saw?
one of the people who annoy me most.
i dont think that i've told you about her, so here's a bit of info...
she likes hannah montana and high school musical is her favorite movie
she walks like a pidgon(chest out, butt out)
she cries at the tinest thing (didnt get the part she wanted in drama? cry, cry cry... GRAH!)
and she thinks that she's queen b***h of the universe.
she doesnt even deserve me remembering her real name, so me and my biddies jsut call her Hanna Montana.
so while i was going past all the unimportant houses and waving and smiling when i went past the one that really matterd i was scowling and glaring.
i dont think that she recognised me though, thanks to my lovley blonde wig. XD
anywho, we didnt win the boat contset, which i dont mind, it was fun anyway. biggrin
but the firework show was the best part.
after seting off some of out illegal ones that we smuggled from Washington (in Oregon it's illegal to set off fireworks that go more than 6 feet off the ground. and to pump your own gass. dont ask me why. confused )
