I've been chained to a wall.
of my own free will.
I will wait.
I will try.
And make everything better.
But cold hard truth
stares me straight in the face.
"You'll stay there forever.
You messed it all up"
But I refuse to believe it.
I am trying
and waiting
for her to find my truths.
i sit.
and wait.
for nothing.
she won't come.
she won't believe.
But the glass
will be half full.
