Okay so I'm listening to Sulfur. Annnd I'm about to go on and on about last night's dream.
So I was in the car with a guy that I think is cute. We work together. Well anyway, he was in the passenger seat and I was sitting in the middle, but no one was in the driver's seat. He was reaching across and steering while I was pressing the pedals. I kept telling him that if I got pulled over, I was going to kill him. I don't even know where we were going. We went all the way to Florida and I was hanging out with Joo I guess. We got out of the car and got hugged by Joo's mom. And then we turned around and saw a car racing through a field. It was a convertible and the hood was down. The field turned into a marsh and the car sunk almost all the way to the top of the doors. Jenny and DJ were in it, as well as Psycho and someone else.
The car came up out of the marsh and no one was muddy, miraculously. Jenny was wearing a purple dress and her hair was freaking fire-engine red! sweatdrop She was talking to someone. I don't know why, but it was significant.
I decided to go to Wal-Mart with Psycho and the guy I work with. We walked in and everything was super-sized. We were tiny. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw some Vanilla Coke on sale. So I was distracted. Everyone else was shopping and I kept regrouping with them. Then I found an aisle that sold Barbie cars to adults. They had a huge selection of cars to choose from, but they were all pink. We could fit in them and actually drive them. They were real automobiles. rofl The way I made my decision was: "I don't want to drive a truck. Or a tiny Volkswagen. Or anything else because I want a Jeep."
I found a Jeep and bought it.
Then... I don't know. I went back to find my Vanilla Cokes and they were gone. Dr. Peppers were in their place. =[ =[ =[ I threw a tantrum. And then they kicked us out. We had to live in Africa, on the savanna. It was supposed to be like a game show, where you do things and try to survive. And people get kicked off every week.
Well everyone hated each other. We had to cross a river as a group, and someone kept trying to push me under the water. So, as (my coworker) Spears was jumping across, I tripped him and he fell on his face. He got kicked off. redface So I found out that everyone else in the group had gotten kicked off except for me, a middle-aged woman with red hair (she was also a famous actress, I just can't remember which one), and a band. The band turned out to be Stone Sour, but they all looked strange because they had "let themselves go". Translation: they're all fat and hairy.
We decided to ditch the game show and go to the band's house. Yeah, apparently they all lived together. The actress was the girlfriend of one of the band members, but my dream was so complicated that I don't know which one that would be. Psycho was there, and so was the hot guy that I work with and Brandi and Jenny and DJ. We were drinking out of red party cups. Guess what we were drinking? That's right: Smirnoff Ice. Green Apple Bite. Well the band members were all in a funk and none of them were talking to each other. Psycho came up to me and started talking about how everyone was in a bad mood and he was about to leave. Everyone that I was friends with was huddled in a circle, and I leaned over and whispered to Brandi that the guy across the counter was Corey Taylor. Psycho dropped his drink and lunged across the counter to tackle hug the singer. They hit a door and fell through it. Psycho was just like, "I love you man!!" I thought Corey was going to get pissy and yell at him but he didn't. His mood dramatically changed and he felt like a superstar again.
That changed the mood of the entire room. All the band members got together and started doing an acoustic session in the corner of the room. I don't remember anything about the song except it was good. And then Corey was strumming a guitar by himself. I was like, "Play one about Vanilla Coke!!" because he kept going "i need a song to sinnnng... lalalaaa". So he started up on a song about Vanilla Coke. pirate One of the band members went up in the ceiling and started making a music video. It appeared on the wall behind Corey, but I felt like I was INSIDE the video. Like, he was psychologically implanting visions in my head. I saw a sheep with a coconut for a nose and eyes all over its body. It shriveled up inside itself until it became a mouse. I was like, "Yeah! That's what I call Vanilla Coke!!"
Maybe I drank a little bit too much. sweatdrop
After that, the guy in the ceiling came down and said they got signed to a record label because of that song. "Evidently, my fat a** has some skills in the ceiling." Don't ask. I don't know.
So then I got to hang out with Corey all by myself. His hair was long again, but it was funny colored, and he had a bald spot. But he was still pretty good-looking. I kept talking to him and acting like we had been friends forever. He didn't seem to be annoyed by me. It was great. We went outside and it was snowing. We were in a mountain range, on the peaks. We walked over to a cliff and looked around. I saw the actress with her band boyfriend. They were driving away. I got my camera out and turned it on "record", then zoomed in to try to see which guy she was with. I don't know why, but it really irritated me. Then Corey saw someone on a higher cliff across from us. He told me to focus the camera on that guy, because he was about to jump. I zoomed in on him and he said something that neither of us could hear. It seemed like a prayer or an incantation or something. Then he jumped. I yelled "NOOOOOO!!!" and tried to follow him with my camera. He sprouted wings and flew up, in a circle, and then down toward the retreating car.
I think he was Jesus or something. For serious.
Corey and I got into a different car and went to see what was going on. I turned to him and was about to ask why he cut his hair for AHIG, but a different question came out.
"Are you really Corey Taylor?"
"No."
"Oh, well that's cool too."
I really didn't feel like I'd been let down. I just wanted to hurry up and wake up so I could put all my pictures and videos on Myspace. Cuz we had been taking pictures together all night. I was going to caption them as "me and my husband". hahahahaha xp
We turned a corner and saw a fiery hell going on in the distance. Corey (or whoever he was) stopped the car and we got out. We sat in some theater seats and watched the fire like it was a movie. People kept walking up to us, trying to get our attention. Just to show them that he would not be distracted, the Corey impersonator held my hand. We ate some pizza. Then the fire got bigger and spread out toward us. A guy came out of the building that we were next to. It had screen windows and doors.
This guy was delicious. He had long brown hair and dark eyes. He reminded me of a Native American. I could not stop staring at him. He looked like he was about to freak the ******** out. He wasn't wearing a shirt because he'd been asleep, but he just got awakened by this crazy wildfire. He saw me and "Corey" sitting there looking at him. There was some insane dialogue between the two of them, and then it was revealed that "Corey" was just an apparition. He was the sexy Native's future self.
So that made me happy. I don't know why. Then "Corey" was like, "You know what to do."
The younger guy took my hand and ran with me to Disney World.
We started planting flowers there.

Then I woke up. Some more random stuff from the Disney World part of my dream...
We had taken a time machine to the past.
There was a girl with a plastic recycled face. She kept calling for her mom because someone had hung her as an advertisement on their wall.
The flowers were pencils at one point.
They also turned into hair, which I tried to straighten.
We weren't supposed to be there, so the police were trying to arrest us.
Disney World wasn't even opened to the public yet.
... That's all I can remember.
