on May 4th, 5th, and 6th we've got to convince people from The American Culinary Federation (from New York) that we're a great enough culinary program to be re-accredited for 15 more years! I gotta make em omelets for breakfast and get interviewed by them and let them watch me cook and then cook them a big dinner so they'll feel welcomed!!!!
I just hope no one messes up and makes our chances of being re-accredited not happen...
