An Ode to Anarchy
What glory is there in war?
Mindless killing
Carefully planned sinning
I don't see
What's so 'patriotic'
If a citizen did this to another
He'd be called psychotic!
What is the difference
Between foreigners
And my own beloved brother?
What sort of fame
Could a murderer gain
Completely untainted by shame?
People fight like children
Giving blame
'He started it!'
It's all the same
A more serious game
We got bombs
And land mines
Kill arabs?
That's fine.
What!?
Killed a dog?
To jail!
Animal abuse!
But what's the use
America can't have peace
Nope, never
Just one war after another
Maybe forever
Armegedden?
Apocalypse?We're halfway there!
Red level threat scares
Gasoline crisis
Crooked politicians
And these people have all the control!
To them war is glory!
I say
'Bring the troops home!'
20year olds, risking their lives
For the glory of folly
The glory of lies!
Why must we always
Have enemies?
As far as mine go...
They're not overseas.
