I love hiw no one comments on my journals anymore. Sees how much you guys care for me!!!! LOL! Just kidding. Anyways....yea...now I have a new favorite song I am obsessed with at the moment called "Hard Rock Hallelujah by Lordi' ITS GREAT!!!!!! ITS VERY HARD CORE!!!! rocks head out Okay.....Im good. Honey, I'm really proud of you for this diet
Good job, I know how much restraint it takes, I lost 20lbs off of my diet
Remember, ty to intake 1000 calories a day. It may seem like a lot, but unless you get this many, you're body will think it's being starved and retain all of your fat. You'll lose five pounds fast, but then destroy your matabolism and never be able to drop anymore weight
