People say "I won't take for granted of--.", you fill in the blank. Yet continuesly they take advantage of that thing. I know its human nature to take for granted things, but i wish people would say "I will try not to take advantage of--." instead of "I won't take for granted of--.".
I rarely take for granted the time I get with my Aunt Cheyrl becuase I don't know the next time I'll see her. I try not to take for granted the time I get with my grandma because she might not be there the next day. I try not to take for granted that my friends will be there for me because they could leave the next day. Are you seeing what I'm getting at?
I hate it when my friends complain to me about there dads when they're lucky as hell to even have one to talk to. To hug. To love. To go to. To kid around with. To do whatever it is they do with there dads. My dad left when I was 8. I'm not giving you the date, but I will give you the year. 2001. 2001 was NOT the best year of my life.
Anyway. My point is try not to take for granted of the family you have and know. They could leave you alone in the world the next day. You might not be able to see them again for a year or so. They may leave you and you never got the chance to get to know them. I don't care if you hate your family or not. TRY NOT TO TAKE FOR GRANTED THE FAMILY YOU HAVE AND KNOW.
My rant is done for right now. I'm just gonna end on this quote:
"Never take for granted the family you have and know becuase you never know when they will leave you alone never to come back, or when you will get to see them next. Always keep family near you. Even if they cause your problems don't ever take for granted that you have them and that you know them. They could leave you alone in the world today or tommrow."
I made that quote up. Try to remeber it. Please.
