Lovely, really. If ever a movie could make its audience love the villian, and make him want to triumph (hey, I forgot how to spell triumph for a bit. Then I remembered this line from Happy Feet. "Triumph starts with try, and ends with a great big UMPH!" XD) over the hero, this would be it. In fact, I wanted the Phantom to win, because he honestly deserved Christine more than Raul (who is a pretty boy patron, though a nice pretty boy patron). She could help him, and she would also get to delve deeper into the mind of a musical genius.
I LOVE ANDREW LLOYD WEBER.
It makes me cry, makes me lonely, fills me up with a certain masochism and adoration at the same time.
And the music. All on my iPod. Absolutely breathtaking.
