Status: Shes a not very popular cat. Sure shes a more pritty gray cat than normal, but because of her personality, not much people want her.

Define 'All' because all of the other cats are in the same boat as her being tricked into this form.
As for the no thumbs thing...at HQ, the cats are somehow able to take on a human like form so that they get at least a little time of humanity back before going to work again.
