The title may be misleading, only because of the fact that it is bolded. I am tired. So, there was no need for the boldingness. Yeah. I don't know.
I almost slept through my alram clock this morning! It was so bad! I've never slept through my alarm clock before! Oh man. I was beat, when I got up this morning. I set my alarm for 5:55am, but I didn't get up til about 6:07am. Wow. It's funny though cause my clock is not even a foot away from my head. xp
I honestly do not know how I slept through it. I also don't know how I managed to drag myself out of bed for track. It was sooo cold! Man! Well, inside it was cold. Outside it was only about -1 degrees Celsius.
But yeah. My knee was hurting in track today. So I couldn't do the workout everybody else was doing. So I went to the weight room to stretch, and use this simulated running machine thing. It's better for my knee (most other joints as well) cause it lessens pressure on the joints and such. It was so much better than actually running.

After about 10 minutes, this older guy (maybe 30-40) came into the weight room. he had tattoos on his arms, and such. And he was a pretty big guy. lol. He was doing all these exercises involving his arms, I can't recall the muscle groups as I am too tired. And yeah, his butt was so high in the air when he was on his hands and knees doing exercises. (For the record, I was NOT checking him out) He looked sooo funny! rofl
I'm so mean. Le sigh. Oh well. Kk. That's enough for today.
