Art class is boring now. Man. I was finally able to do something productive, and she tells me where she thinks I need to improve it. That just takes out the fun in learning! Frick. I made a water colour picture of the sculpture Eros, by Micheal Angelo, and it actually looked pretty good. I just wasn't sure if I should add the authentication in the picture (the dark and eroded spots of the sculpture) because I know that if I did, I might mess it up. But she told me to add it in. Maybe I don't want to add it in!

I don't like this class. Yes, I understand that she's just trying to make us better artists, but Mr. Read never told us what to do. He told us to make the picture our own. To change it so that it fits our style. We shouldn't always just copy what others do, we should make our own style. But Ms. Stephens wants us to copy what they do. I understand that's the only way to learn, by trying new things; but I already know how to water colour paint. I'm just not very good at it. Though I am improving. I just want Mr. Read to return to class. We all do. I think even Ms. Stephens wants Mr. Read back since none of us are showing any liking to her. Most of us show her respsct of course, but we all want her gone. She can't teach adolescants. She just doesn't know how. Maybe she should come back when she learns.
