Sorry it's so short guys, but it's all you get for today!!

With a sigh, Phoenix let go of her hair and stepped back, his hands in his pockets.
“Fine. If it means that much to you to get to school on time…”
Phoenix reached around her and opened the door. Jules ducked under his arm and ran down the stairs, but Phoenix was already waiting for her at the front door. Jules walked up to him, a scowl on her face.
“After you, Princess,” Phoenix grinned as he opened the door for her.
Jules stuck her tongue out at him as she walked past, making Phoenix chuckle.
“Very mature, Jules,” he laughed as he shut the door behind him and put his arm around Jules as they walked down the path.
“Phoenix, stop it,” Jules scolded.
“Aw, come on, Jules,” Phoenix protested as he pulled her closer, “You’re no fun!”
“Phoenix…” Jules warned, her face red.
Phoenix laughed, but he cut it short, stopping in the middle of the path. Jules followed his line of vision and saw Richard, his back against one of the small brick columns that stood as sentinels on either side of the entrance of the path. He was standing there casually, his arms crossed over his chest, watching Jules and Phoenix.
