Well, i guess, I'll talk a bit tonight on teh subject of my spanish class. Now, despite my aversion to most Latino culture (no offense, it's just not attractive, except Spain) I'm picking up Spanish rather swiftly. I'm currently running top in my class and as proving true to my genetics, merging it into my everyday life quiet easily.
You see, my family -on both sides- is extremely prone to languages. Picking them up, translating them. Everything. We all have that sort of mind set. And Naturally, I would to.
On my mother's side of the Family, her grandfather spoke french and english. Her mother spoke french and english and her father spoke France french and Candian french and english and my mother speaks French (both kinds) Spanish and English.
My father speaks German, Spanish, and English. His eldest sister speaks Spanish, French and English, his yyounger various Version of Spanish, Russian and English, and his little brother (uncle ROb, may he rest in peace) spoke Spanish, German and English.
Then, his mother was a linguinst. She speak French, Spanish, German, Italian, Latin and English.
So, naturally, it's in my genetics from both sides to pick up a language easily nad I figure, if I keep with it, I can learn Spanish, French and pick up an Asian language. (Hopefully Japanese)
So yeah. THat's my littler ant on Spanish.
Another quick thing though, I wrote this nifty comic in spanish. It's about a boy who had a very bad day. First, his pet fish died (Pescados Muertos). Then, his Teacher hit on the head with a ruler. (Professora) and a bus ran over his hand. And when he told his frind about it, his friend just laughed and went away. I thought it was very amusing.
