Isolda was once widely recognized as The Queen of Ice, but since the years have passed, Worship has fallen to an unrecognizable level, with the groups who pay her heed regarded simply as Pagan cults. The Ice Queen has felt this rescinding attention and realized the need to acclimate the populace to her existence. Astonished to see the growth of the humans, she soon saw the rise of crime that came hand-in-hand with these enormous concrete buildings. It hurt her to see them struggle so hard, against these random, sometimes hateful crimes.
And so, Isolda began fighting back for these innocent creatures, and they took notice. Thieves were found left as ice sculptures in alleyways, ice bridges appeared where family cars had sleepily driven off an anonymous cliffside road. Soon people began to take notice and News Casts featured her in action, freezing runaway trains in their place. "Ice Woman" , and her likeness splashed across T.Vs and Police Stickers, freezing ice streams shooting from her dainty white hands as well as the winter environment that seemed to follow her, warning criminals and assuring law-abiding Citizens that justice was persevering. The worship had begun again, a Goddess reborn as a Super Heroine.

She left The Flash frozen in place and single-handedeley destroyed the White House with her trademark Ice-Hawk, Kahu. She is known as deadly, oozing ice from eyes and hands, often leaving a trail of blue and purple, frostbitten citizens in her wake.
