The pain from within
Hurting inside
From the pain that never seems to fade
Why did you tell me you loved me?
When in a heart beat you would leave
Why didn't you prove me wrong?
When I doubted your wanting to stay
Why do I love you?
Why do I care?
When I was crying
You werent even there
Do you know how it feels?
To have your heart shattered?
I gave you my heart
and you forgot to give it back
Now I sit here
Typing to help ease the pain
Trying to spell things out
While my tears blur my view
I wish you were here
So I could tell you to your face
That I love you still
And that it will never change
I wish you were here
So I could tell you
That even though I'm aching, burning, crying, realing in pain
I still find the strength to make it through the day
Because unlike you
Some people care enough
To catch me when I fall
And its to them my heart belongs
But with you my heart shall stay
