Ok, as if Jamaica wasn't ******** up enough, the animals are allowed to walk freely anywhere on everyone else's properties! I've seen more goats, cows, donkeys, dogs, horses, and mongeese to last me for a lifetime! To have animals out in public on their own is dangerous enough, or safe for the humans either, add in the craziness of Jamaican driving! None of the public cars have seat belts for some unknown reason that was never made clear; Imagine if an accident were to occur, which is a very HIGH possibility based off how Jamaicans drive at three settings. Those settings are faster, fastest, and GET THE ******** OUT OF THE WAY! Believe me, with animals on the roads as often as not, I'm counting my blessings and praying for the advent of more seat belts in Jamaica!
