It was a really sad and dark day
no colors no light
just black and grey
I hear alot a really loud rain
im alone
and im feeling much pain
I see an old abandoned house
curiosity i go near
as quiet as a mouse
I sneek around swift like a spy
and in a web
i see a butterfly
The butterfly tried so hard to leave
she struggled, she strained
she pulled, she heaved
I knew there was no reason to watch and to mope
so i let her go
there was still hope
She flew away with multicolored wings
the sky turned clear
and the birds started to sing
So i knew not to just sit there there and mope
so i watched her fly away
with beauty and hope
