Skies that are out of reach.
Blades of grass that are sweet in smell.
Waters that are clear and serene.
All of these suit my world so well.

Eyes that shine into mine,
As mine shine back.
Thumbs that grow the earth.
Blankets that fade to black.

The greens slowly die.
The hues fade away.
The nights turn the verdant trees brown,
And without the lights, the skies become gray.

When the wind blows, the blues swirl and twine.
The trees sway, and frost begins to die.
The lights shine, and no longer fade to gray,
With brightness that blinds the eye.

My world of coy greens and blues,
Comfort me, as I live in this world lacking values.

This world that causes me no pain.
All that is here, is my happiness, which will always remain...

In a world of green and blue.
