k, so i go to trake practice, and all of a sudden our couches get really reall really mad, and tell us all to run about......10-25 miles and back (we just went to the coast and ran up and down the beaches sandy parts, but they still had rocks), so moaning and all we did....then all of a sudden this happens, i'll try to type it exactly....but not the actions, only the speaking
