Hey look!! I went through a day without posting even ONE little journal entry! SHOCK! Isn't it? ...o.O' Eh...well...yeah. ^^ I'd like to say the work out went fine. It was really fun. My dad called it PT....o.O' Or something.

Hah... it was funny, near the end of the work out I was doing a shuttle run and there was this other guy doing it...I ended up racing against him...Though I ended up losing the unofficial race cause well...I almost threw up...*sigh* I'm dehydrated and haven't worked out in a while...But yeah..^_^ I just had to get a drink of water and I was fine. ^^ Finished off the exercises and such. Not once did I slack! ...Like some lazy, dumb blonde chick... Hah.. she kept making excuses threw out the hour we were doing it. ...I wanted to throw a dumbell at her.. But yeah.

My dad told me I'm gonna be working out with him like that every Tuesday and Thursday. ^_^ YAY!! 3nodding Hah! No lazy summer days for me! Whoooo-hooo!! ^___^

Oh yeah..I'm still a bit sore from it but hey, can you even call it exercise if you're not hurting at least a little the next day? ^_^ Besides, I actually like the feeling I get aftger I work out...hence the reason I always pushed myself in gym...which..by the way...I DON'T HAVE ANYMORE!! crying crying I'VE COMPLETED MY TWO YEAR GRADUATION REQUIREMENT FOR IT!! I'm so sad!! I actually like gym! ...Well...until someone broke into my locker and stole my crap...That pissed me off... But yeah...^_^ Work outs are fun! ....I wanna sprint now... *sigh* Great. Well...I'll shut up. Ta! I'm going swimming tomorrow...TODAY!! YAY!! (if it doesn't storm/rain)
