Please, just let me cry for a while
U may not know it,
but theres sadness behind this smile

Hurt is what i feel at certain times
but just so no one will know
I cover it up with a laugh, and in my soul is where it hides

I may seem happy and excited
But thats all fake,
Inside I feel alone and un-needed

I wish I had someone here for me,
someone that i can trust,
..Love and need, but that dream is oh, so uncanni

B'cuz the problem is not finding someone who i can charish
But it is me, my wounded heart and soul:
who cannot get close to anyone, for I will not let me do so

I try to Trust, I try to love. I would do anything just to feel
But living all my life, i have been fake and un-real,
With my feelings, which never seem to attach completely
Afraid that if they do
Again, and Agian, like from the past
They'll get hurt and not be able to heal
B'cuz inside, I hurt at certain times
but just so I will not no
