so i go to practice today , tell my coach wat happened, give him the docters note, and u know wat he does? he laughs!!! then he starts saying
"well wat r u still doing here? go get ready for practice"
"but i can't run" i say
"who said u were gonna run?"
so i changed came out, and he wraps my hands in medical tape
"well get going"
so i start doing push up
"so ur hands r ok, well wat r u doing? go give me 10 laps"
"but i cant run"
"kid, who keeps telling u that ur running?"
HE MADE ME HAND-STAND-RUN 10 LAPS!!!, then he made me do hand-stand-push-ups, and then he made me stay behind for some other junk
"wat r u so tired from? thats about the work out u give ur legs"
i was about to hurt him then and there, but i had to get to my concert, he made me late!!! and i could barely move my arms. im so sore i wanna die.....and wat else, it was cold (not snowing yet) and i was in shorts (he said the shirt would slow me down, and truthfully i wouldn't care as long as i was warm)
