Miscellaneous Hitmen and Mafioso
[edit] I-Pin
Child I-Pin and Adult I-Pin.
Child I-Pin and Adult I-Pin.
(イーピン, Īpin?), Seiyū - Li Mei Chan
I-Pin is an assassin from Hong Kong. Even though this 5-year-old little girl cannot speak Japanese, the 15-year-old "Adult I-Pin" eventually enters a Japanese College, and despite the fact that she is one of the most promising young assassins, she will work part-time at a Chinese Restaurant ten years later.
She was one of the characters shot by the ten-year Bazooka, and is now stuck in the future. Her future self had been protecting adult Haru and Kyoko, while sustaining grave injuries, and was rescued by future Yamamoto before the Millefiore family could kill her.
Fūta ranked her as being the third out of 52,262 people for being a promising assassin. Even though the "Adult I-Pin" goes to college and presumably stops practicing the art of assassination, she still retains her skills and can habitually beat up others when they attempt to fight her.
She would often beat up Lambo because she sees him as a broccoli monster. She has a crush on Kyoya Hibari, who looks like her teacher.
[edit] Bianchi
Bianchi
Bianchi
(ビアンキ, Bianki?), Seiyū - Rie Tanaka
Hayato's half-sister; her assassin specialty is her poison cooking I and II. Bianchi is known as "Poison Scorpion Bianchi" in the Mafia underground. Since she, herself, is immune to her own cooking, she does not see anything wrong with the food she gives others. She has a minor cooking rivalry with Takeshi since he always brings the group sushi from his father's restaurant. She is apparently in love with Reborn, who was a former associate of hers, and wants to kill Tsuna to free up Reborn's schedule. Later in the series, though she still relieves some stress in beating up Tsuna, she refuses to kill him for the benefit of others.
In the Future arc, Bianchi has gone from the base with Fūta to gather information.
Bianchi always states that Love is the strongest force of all.
Even though they seem to have a strained relationship, she has shown great concern for Hayato if he is injured, fighting, or suffering from stomach aches (which she does not realize are caused by her). Hayato once said that one of the reasons Bianchi's poison cooking is so strong is that he was her guinea pig; each time she created a new type of poison cooking, she would test it on him.
[edit] Doctor Shamal
Doctor Shamal and his Trident Mosquitoes.
Doctor Shamal and his Trident Mosquitoes.
(Dr. シャマル, Dr. Shamaru?), Seiyū - Toshinobu Katsuya
A crazed womanizer who hits on every cute woman he sees. Though often unsuccessful, he is always seen hitting on one woman and then instantly moves on to hit on the next woman that passes by him. Putting aside his normal attitude, Shamal happens to be a notorious assassin called "Trident Shamal", and is also a renowned doctor, who refuses to treat men. He uses trident mosquitoes to infect his targets with deadly illnesses. Since he naturally contracts viruses and diseases easily, he carries 666 pills that contain mosquitoes infected with deadly diseases. He claims to be infected with 666 diseases, but is not dead because all his diseases negate each other (If he has a disease that rapidly decreases body temperature, then he has another one that increases it).
Shamal also happens to be the one that introduced Hayato to bombs when he used to work for the Gokudera Family. Hayato initially wanted to learn how to use the trident mosquito, but Shamal taught him how handy it is to carry mid-ranged weapons.
During the Vongola Tournament arc, he became Hayato's home tutor, but actually just watched him improve his skills while throwing paper airplanes as Hayato's targets.
[edit] Fūta
Fūta carrying his book.
Fūta carrying his book.
(フゥ太, Fūta?), Seiyū - Yuko Sanpei
A boy who ranks people by their abilities in a book that happens to be half his own height, but it somehow fits inside his jacket pocket. He has an extremely wide range of knowledge on thousands of people and is considered to be an invaluable informant for the Mafia, sometimes being paid insane amounts of money for a copy of certain rankings.

Fūta's eye when he is ranking.
When he starts ranking people, gravity around him becomes distorted, making objects around him float. It is unknown how he actually gathers his information (some say he communicates with the ranking stars in the galaxy), but if he does not instantly write it down, he claims to forget about it. He also has to be looking at the person to determine their rankings. Still, when done right, his rankings are said to be 100% accurate and if a person gets hold of his book, they will have the world at their mercy. Although, Fūta is weak against rain, resulting in his rankings being somewhat incorrect when it rains.
He calls Tsuna his big brother and has ranked him last on every aspect of combat, but was overjoyed to see that his rankings on him were wrong, not realizing Tsuna was in dying will mode. Fūta's book is the reason why he is constantly being chased by the Mafia, so Tsuna allows Fūta to live in his house.
During the Kokuyou arc, Fūta was kidnapped by Mukuro Rokudo in order to obtain his ranking list of the strongest fighters of Namimori High. Mukuro used his abilities to control Fūta, making him fight against Tsuna. Although, due to Fūta's bond with Tsuna, he was able to break free from Mukuro's control.
In the Future arc, Fūta, along with Bianchi, has left the base to gather information. He later comes back with Bianchi.
[edit] Basil
Basil
Basil
(バジル, Bajiru?), Seiyū - Yuka Terasaki
A boy who can control the Dying Will Flame, though Basil's flame is blue. He can go into dying will mode when he consumes special pills made by his master, who happens to be Tsuna's father, Iemitsu. Due to being strictly trained since early childhood, he is a very talented fighter. Basil has a habit of speaking in an archaic manner; usually replacing his 'you', 'the', and 'I', with 'thou', 'thee', and 'thy'. He is Iemitsu's disciple and subordinate.
Unbeknownst to Basil, in order for Iemistu to safely deliver the real halves of the Vongola rings to Japan, he was sent to deliver the fake Vongola Rings to Tsuna. During this, he encountered a member of the Varia, Superbi Squalo, who believed the rings were real and wanted to obtain them, thus Basil was subsequently beat. Even though he was used as a decoy, he remains extremely loyal to Iemitsu. He would later help train Tsuna in order to help him control the Dying Will Flame.
After the Vongola Tournament arc, before he left for Italy, Basil gave Tsuna a bottle of pills that, when swallowed, achieves the same effect as that of the Rebuke Bullet.
[edit] Moretti
Moretti
Moretti
(モレッティ, Moretti?)
A young operative for the Vongola Family. He first meets Tsuna and Reborn when pretending to be a burglar. Reborn later tells Tsuna that he is a "heart-stopper", meaning he can stop his heart at any given time, making it look like he was dead. He tells Tsuna that everything, including the gun shot wound to his burglary antics, were all made up. This makes Tsuna and Haru at first assume that he was dead and a zombie.
[edit] Others
[edit] The Crime Brothers
The Crime Brothers are a group of three guys who appear in volume 4 and are bent on stealing from Tsuna's mother, Nana Sawada. Fortunately, Lambo, Bianchi, I-Pin and Reborn unintentionally foil all their plans. In the end, Tsuna drags them all to the police with his Dying Will.
